Notes on Gamesheets and Pucks:
Home Team responsible to bring printed copy of the gamesheet to game as well as an ample supply of game pucks (Blue for U7, Black for U8/U9)
ALL teams should have spare gamesheets (and pucks) with them at all games
See PDF or Excel versions for instructions on how to fill out gamesheets (Versions for modified and full-ice - check all 4 tabs)
Recommended Gamesheet process:
Home team pre-fills the sheet before coming to the rink (electronically, by hand, sticker, or combo of these)
Gives to the Visiting team at rink to add a sticker (or fill out by hand)
Home Team then hands to the Game Manager (or Timekeeper)
Optional - After the game each team can approach the Game Manager/Timekeeper to take a photo of the gamesheet
Game manager keeps the original and emails a photo to CDHP-ca@gmail.com (Camscanner has a free app that makes this work well)
